Absolutely fantastic experience renting a bike for my vacation. The communication from start to finish was excellentâfriendly, clear, and always responsive. The bike was delivered directly to my hotel and picked up when I was done, making the whole process completely seamless. Everything was set up to my preferences, and the service made it incredibly easy to focus on enjoying the ride. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free rental and top-notch support.

Great range of bikes and really helpful staff. They care about their bikes and their customers. My wife hired a decent Trek stepover e-bike and I hired a carbon road bike. The guys kindly fitted flat pedals with toe straps as I didn't have my cycling shoes packed. Had a lovely day exploring the hilltop villages. Food and drinks available every 10km or so at each village, so no need to carry much food or water (unless it's very hot weather). Top service and highly recommended. Also spoke good English which helps as my French speaking is terrible !

We have used this company for four years and there is a reason that we keep coming back. They deliver and pick up (always on time) and we are very pleased with the Trek Allant e-bikes that we use. The company is very quick to reply to emails. I highly recommend using Rent Bike Luberon if you plan to do any kind of cycling in this area.

We rented two bikes for two weeks. The bikes were great, well maintained and fully equipped, and delivered right to us. And the prices were the best we found in the area. We are already planning to rent again when we return to the Luberon in 2027.
